Nov 4th.

Still waiting...(for the final say with our home). In the mean time my kids have just been blessing me silly. I love watching them learn (everything).
Something that has been on our hearts, as parents, is Joel 1:3. I hope to leave with them a clear picture of God. Not my opinions about Him, but what His word says about Him. Anyways, just a small prayer request for my son, Micah - He has food allergies and it is really hard to feed him things that we eat everyday. He is allergic to dairy & peanut-butter. His allergy is so bad he has an "epi-pin". So we are praying that God just takes it away. Thanks for praying.

In Process.

We are in the process of buying a home. The story is crazy. God never ceases to amaze me! When the process is officially done, then we will know if the house is ours. Thanks God!
As we walked through the home (a house that had been in my heart for quite sometime) last year, Brooke said to me, "Why are we in here? This is too much and way out of our price range!" I simply told her that I just wanted to look at it. Well, through a series of events(selling our home, moving twice, God healing a little boy with terminal cancer...) and hidden prayers, God lowered the price substantially and we put an offer on it.
Now we are waiting.
Isa. 30:18-21 Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Our House did sell.

We sold our old home! We are currently living with my mom until we find 'the one'! Just keeping those of you who are praying current.

I will say this...well, write this...
God is so cool. He is faithful and cares even about the thoughts that don't even make it to prayers sometimes. You know what I mean? He's good. Thank you so much for praying that our home would sell. Truly, from the depths of our hearts...thanks.
